Multiple Offices with a Small Company Feel
We are a 425+ person firm spread across multiple offices in Ontario and one in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each of our employees has a ‘home office’ where they can hang their hat and work seamlessly with teams across other offices, thanks to our investments in technology. Our offices vary in size, from our small rural office in Wingham, Ontario to our larger offices in Orangeville, Guelph and Pickering, Ontario.
We often hear staff saying that our offices have a small firm feel as it’s easier to get to know others than in one large office. We have robust social committees which are focused on providing occasions when staff can come together for food (amazing how this brings everyone out of their office!) and activities to get to know each other better on a personal level. This translates into opportunities to also learn about what others in our offices do (and collaborate on projects or help each other find solutions to problems), and to find others we can lean on for support not only in our work lives, but in our personal lives as well.
It’s important that our staff are able to live a balanced life, which fundamentally means providing flexibility for hours spent working in the office and from home, while also meeting the needs of our clients, to whom we are committed, and dependent on serving.
