My Role and Responsibilities

My name is Dwayne, and I am President of Well Initiatives Ltd., Burnside’s full-service water well contracting company that is dedicated to the development, maintenance, and protection of our groundwater resources.

I have many years of project experience focused on some of the most complex well environments in Ontario, ranging from high-capacity urban municipal wells, to remote fly-in only access to First Nation communities, to large irrigation wells.

I am well versed in conventional drilling techniques, well construction, testing, rehabilitation, and well pump maintenance.

My Interests and Hobbies

I am active with the advisory board for Sir Sanford Fleming College (Geology and Resources Drilling) programs, and I was recently voted President of the Ontario Ground Water Association.

When not at work, I enjoy time with family, watching lacrosse, and vacationing.
