Peter Bruce

My Role and Responsibilities

My name is Peter, and I am a Project Manager and Branch Manager of Burnside’s Orangeville office location. I have over 30 years of experience in the areas of project management, contract administration, and construction inspection for a variety of client groups, including private developers and municipal government.

As Project Manager, I oversee the detailed design and approval process, including the coordination of various studies, servicing reports, and planning constraints. Another key role that I fulfill is that of Construction Supervisor, where I have managed development and municipal projects from the pre-engineering stage through construction, to the completion and final assumption.

My Interests and Hobbies

I am a member of the Greater Dufferin Home Builder Association, and I serve on a number of committees for local charities and community organizations.

I am an avid photographer with a focus on nature, wildlife and event photography, and I am one of the official photographers for the Orangeville Blues and Jazz Festival. I am also actively involved in my local church where I handle audio production and play the guitar.

When not working, I enjoy being out in the great outdoors where I like to run, mountain bike, and hike.
