My Role and Responsibilities

My name is Shawn, and I am a Senior Vice President of Burnside’s Land Development group. Over my career thus far I have gained over 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, and over 20 years of experience in civil engineering with applications for land development.

My daily work focus is on guiding, advising, and strategizing with my clients on the design, approval (i.e., OPA, ZBA, SPA, Plan of Subdivision | Municipal Infrastructure Agreements) and construction of municipal road infrastructure to support industrial, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.

My Interests and Hobbies

Outside of the office, you will find me outdoors riding ATVs or snowmobiles, camping, hiking, or playing golf. I also enjoy all things lacrosse and hockey.
