Tricia Radburn, MCIP, RPP
Senior Environmental PlannerMy Role and Responsibilities
My name is Tricia, and I am a Registered Professional Planner with extensive experience in project management, Environmental Assessments, and public consultation. I help assess the environmental impacts of projects designed across all of Burnside’s offices and geographic sectors.
Prior to joining Burnside, I worked for the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources, and Forestry and the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority, and I have applied the knowledge gained from these experiences to better work with clients and approval authorities to develop projects in a sustainable manner. I help clients meet their regulatory requirements and minimize impacts to wetlands, woodlands, wildlife habitats and other natural features through consultation and planning processes.
In my career, I have assessed the environmental impacts of a diverse range of developments, including transit projects, subdivisions, commercial and institutional developments, wind power projects, and municipal infrastructure. My current focus is on trails, active transportation projects and Transportation Master Plans.
My Interests and Hobbies
My interest in trail projects stems from my own experience commuting to work by bicycle. When not at work, I can usually be found working in my vegetable garden or going on cycling adventures with my family.
